🔓 Step 1: Download & Unzip the File First

.zipfile → Click “Extract All” → Choose a location → Click “Extract” -
On macOS: Double-click the
.zipfile to extract its contents automatically -
On Mobile: Use a file manager app or long-press the

⚙️ Step 2: Import the JSON Prompt File

Click the gear icon (⚙️) on the top right of the Copilot interface to open the Settings page

Under Import/Export, click "Choose File" and select your
.jsonfile -
Click the Upload/Import button (with the ⬆️ icon) to start importing your prompt

If the file includes duplicate prompts, you'll see a pop-up asking whether to replace or merge:

Click “OK” to replace existing prompts

Click “Cancel” to get more options

In the next pop-up, click “OK” to merge and update prompts, or “Cancel” to stop the import
